Logo Design

July-9-2021

This is a logo for a design company I created back in 1998. It's gone through numerous design changes since then. (mostly out of boredom). When I went to design school, we were taught the pre-computer style of graphic design... how graphic designers designed using ink and gouache (god help us all!) before the existence of computers. If we could not master it by hand, we could not move onto computer-based design. I fell in love with the Bauhaus typeface (Herbert Bayer) and it's history. Unfortunately, the Bauhaus typeface is difficult to use in most designs today. So I try to use it when given the opportunity. I don't know what it'll be or if it will ever be anything... but an 11th re-design can't hurt, right?
